T-Mobile says "Loyal ist nicht egal”(loyalty matters) and offers loyal customers the same deals as new customers. This principle was to be demonstrated outside of the traditional ATL communication with a content campaign.

We searched for the most loyal, longest-standing customer - the "Urkunde" - and built a monument for him. Helmut from Vienna has been a loyal customer for 20 years and thus became "Helmut the First."
